The spring season kicks off a marathon of sorts for most outdoor brands that play in the summer hiking and backpacking markets. It’s at this time our in-season work of sales, retail staff education, events and outdoor activity really kicks off in the consumer’s eyes, but it’s also the time that next year’s product is being finalized, catalogs are being created, websites are being updated and the 3-6 month process of selling in 2013 goods really starts.
One of the most fun parts of this process is working with photographers and videographers to capture images and film of the new products in action to create captivating sales materials from our dealer workbooks to our website to videos used in presentations. So far this spring, we’ve hit the hills with Keith Ladzinski and TrueHero Productions in Colorado Springs and Golden, CO.
