Made with runners in mind, this lightweight waist pack has a slim, body-hugging profile that moves with your body, not against it. With two zippered main compartments and waistbelt pockets, you can move with ease knowing that your belongings are secure while youare being active. The front panel storage with pass through panel allows stowing a light rain shell for when the weather conditions change.
Do not like the zippers. None of them work smoothly, so if the pack is even a bit full zippers have to be yanked to close or open. Side pouch zippers do not close fully. Contacted company about this and they say that it's not a defect but the way the pouches are designed.No thanks.I own several Mountainsmith packs and this one is not to my liking.Need a re-design on this one.

Excellent for Running
Excellent running lumbar pack. I ran a 5k with the Sprint pack and forgot I was wearing it. Perfect design because the pack is positioned higher up on the belt. Runners have full range of motion with leg movement.

Nearly perfect
The internal netted pockets are great for storing things like headphones, battery, etc. Quality of the material is excellent. My only complaint is a perfect size would be just slightly bigger for everything I take to theme parks. About 0.5 to 1" depth would be great on the days I have a slightly bulky item.
