Shipping policy
Order Processing:
We are open 8am-5pm MST Mon-Fri and are closed on weekends. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until Monday morning. During peak holiday times processing may take an additional day. You will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number once your package ships.
FedEx orders must be placed before NOON MST M-F to ship same day.
We do not accept payments via check, money order, or cash.
Changing/Cancelling Orders – to change or cancel an order, please email us at webstore@mountainsmith.com or call us directly at 800.551.5889 and, if your order has not already been processed and shipped, we will make the adjustments you need. If the order has already shipped, we cannot make these adjustments.
Shipping:
Orders can be shipped to all 50 U.S. states & Canada. Orders shipped to Canada will incur additional taxes and duties, which you will be responsible for paying at time of delivery.
- Retail customers receive FREE standard Ground shipping for orders of $79 and more (This does not include shipments to Canada and other countries.) To receive free shipping, merchandise total must exceed $79 after coupons or discounts are applied. Taxes do not count toward this total.
- Wholesale customers receive Flat Rate Ground shipping of $14.95 for all orders. (This does not include shipments to Canada and other countries.)
