Mountainsmith products are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against material and workmanship defects. Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at our discretion and Mountainsmith reserves the right to make all determinations as to the use of this policy. Products failing due to normal wear and tear, abuse or natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time will be repaired on a case-by-case basis as some material issues are unrepairable due to longevity and/or degradation.
