Nice light weight walking stick for light hiking and camera work. Extremely flexible as far as setup and length. Comfortable to walk with.
I have been looking for a smaller capacity lumbar pack, one that would help me economize on the things I pack for short hikes. My other Mountainsmith lumber packs are capacious, and I tend to pack them with all kinds of items, even for short kikes. The Drift Evo is the cure. It's well constructed and just the ticket for short hikes.
I have several lumbar packs in different colors and sizes and all have held up very well. I expect no different from the Epic pack.
This tent is spacious, adaptable, and well made. All the guy out points give me weather clofidence. With the tent body and supplied steel pegs it's a great car camping tent. Using some alloy pegs and no tent body it's a backpacking tent. So it's a solid tent -- the cheep (dirt cheap,) price makes it an unbeatable value. I'm glad to have it!
Great size, exactly what I was looking for.
I previously owned a Zerk, and while I moved to a larger pack with a frame I really missed what I consider the most comfortable load carrying system out there. I was excited to see Mountainsmith ported this harness over to several packs, including these smaller daypacks. The 500d cordura feels indestructible, and the overall quality and workmanship are top notch. The pack has enough organizational features without going overboard. Note that like the Zerk, this is not made for small people, specifically the shoulder harness. But those average to larger folks will rejoice that a company FINALLY doesn't assume their customer is a 5ft 110 pound person (nothing against smaller folks of course...just seems like most packs out there are made for you). While a bit pricey, I suspect this thing will last a really really long time, even with heavy use. Also note that the Zevo 20 / Zerk 20 are basically the same pack, with the Zerk 20 being lighter due to the lower denier materials. Also I wish they had more color options for both.
Well balanced with great cushion. I carried this full up and down the gran canyon for six hours and never felt weighed down. In fact I felt like it acted like lumbar support! Would buy again, 100%.
Great pack. My preferred if no huge food or water carries are needed. Adding a second sternum strap greatly increase comfort and weight carry for me at least. I would like to see a sternum strap system other than the slider type. Great for travel and trail.
Comfortable holds a good amount but not a lot . Well designed . Only 1 color we liked as masculine the others just not buyable .
Perfect size for an all day outing. Holds tons of gear and feels great with the Strapette EVOs I purchased to go along with it. Super organized!
Just what I needed.
mi tercer bolso mochilero con ustedes, muy espacioso, calidad en los materiales por tan excelente precio, muy feliz
Item arrived quickly from the Pacific side of the US to the Atlantic. Thank you !
Just what I needed. I am a casual hiker at our local Appalachian Mountain. I am 68 years old and I noticed I was losing my balance sometimes especially coming downhill. They sticks are the best.
Straps work as advertised and are the principal reason why I settled on the Tour pack: versatility.
